At Lightupglo Community Support, we believe that true community building is about fostering connections, creating a sense of belonging, and empowering individuals. As part of our ongoing commitment to community well-being, we are excited to introduce a special initiative aimed at bringing people together through shared experiences. One of our key activities will be hosting Community BBQs and Picnics, recognizing that food has a unique way of uniting people. These gatherings will take place in local parks and common spaces, providing an informal yet meaningful opportunity for residents to connect, share their journeys, and build lasting relationships. In addition to prepared meals, we will also be distributing uncooked food to further support those in need. We encourage community members to participate by bringing a dish to share, fostering a spirit of inclusivity and cultural appreciation. Furthermore, we are proud to announce a significant milestone in our journey—Lightupglo Community Support will be celebrating its 7th anniversary on July 29, 2025. This occasion will not only mark seven years of service and impact but also serve as a platform to reinforce our mission and strengthen community ties.
